Beard is currently working on the new 2 billion dollar Parkland Hospital in Dallas TX. Beard is subcontracted to Community Health Partners and BARA. BARA is the joint venture team formed to provide construction management services for the new Parkland Hospital. The joint venture firms include: Balfour Beatty Construction, Austin Commercial, H.J. Russell & Company and Azteca Enterprises.
